Updated booking app for Swaffham flexibus+

Central Connect, working in partnership with Norfolk County Council, are making changes to the flexibus+ app from 1st April 2025. The current flexibus+ app will be retired at the end of March 2025, and a new app, called Vectare DRT, will replace it.

You can download the new app from the Apple App Store and the Google Play store. The app is very similar to the current flexibus+ app, and there are no changes to flexibus+ days or times of operation, or the operating zone. The only change to be aware of is that you will no longer be able to pay for your journey on the app at the time of booking. Instead, all payments will now be taken by the driver as you get on the bus. We accept cash (change given - but it helps us if you have the exact money) and contactless payment cards (except for American Express).

For journeys you wish to make during the remainder of March 2025, you should continue to use the current flexibus+ app. Journeys that you wish to make from April 2025 onwards can now be requested on the Vectare DRT app.

The first time you use the Vectare DRT app you'll need to register. However, if you were previously registered with the flexibus+ app, Norfolk County Council will automatically move your details across to the new app. If you do NOT wish for this to happen, please send an email to Norfolk County Council at ptgnetwork@norfolk.gov.uk, stating Swaffham Flexibus, your full name and that you do not want us to transfer your information.
